A callout template specifies the properties that are used by callouts based on that template. When you design a callout template, you do so in the same manner as for a typical callout.
Once you have defined a new callout template, you can use it to design new callouts. To apply a callout template to a callout, select the applicable template in the Template Name field when defining the callout's properties.
The default Template Name is None, meaning that the callout is not assigned to any callout template.
When you create a callout based on a callout template, the callout properties defined in the template cannot be changed. If needed, these properties can be changed from the template. Such property changes are automatically reflected in callouts that use the template.
